Fix a page, restore Plus or ask a privacy question.

Before contacting support

• Turn ChatLang off for the current site from the extension popup if a page behaves unexpectedly.
• Refresh the page after changing Chrome’s site-access permission.
• Close and reopen the popup to refresh Plus after checkout.
• Select the FREE or PLUS badge beside your account to open plan options or manage a recurring subscription.

Contact

Open ChatLang's Chrome Web Store listing and use its Support section. Include the website hostname, browser version and a short description. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, private chat text or sensitive screenshots.

To request deletion of eligible account data, use the Chrome Web Store listing's Support section. If a recurring Plus plan is active, select the PLUS badge in the popup and cancel it first; deletion becomes available after the paid period ends.
