Fix a page, restore Pro or ask a privacy question.

Before contacting support

• Turn ChatLang off for the current site from the extension popup if a page behaves unexpectedly.
• Refresh the page after changing Chrome’s site-access permission.
• Sign out and back in to refresh a Pro subscription after checkout.
• Use “Manage billing” in the popup to cancel or update a subscription.

Contact

Open ChatLang's Chrome Web Store listing and use its Support section. Include the website hostname, browser version and a short description. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, private chat text or sensitive screenshots.

To delete eligible account data, open the extension’s Account tab and choose “Delete account data.” If Pro is active, use “Manage billing” to cancel it first; deletion becomes available after the paid period ends.
